ISTE standards and
CCSS are two different sets of educational standards. After considering how the two sets of standards relate, my classmate wrote that the ISTE standards use the potential found in technology to heighten learning and help reach the goals of the CCSS. I had never thought of it that way, but what she wrote gave me a better perspective on the relationship between the two sets of standards. I now feel like, at my school, we could comfortably integrate ISTE standards into our existing CCSS-based curriculum.
